Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund of booking amount if cancellation notification is received at least 2 weeks before the event date.
50% of the booking amount shall be refunded if cancellation notification is at least 1 week before the event date.
Unfortunately no refund shall be offered if cancellation notification is received by ShutterClick Oslo less than a week before the event.

Refunds shall be credited via the same channel as the original payment.
